- You’re going to start saying "1,2,3" "3,2,1" repeatedly until you start feeling symptoms.
- When you already feel symptoms you must keep saying it, but for each series you say am affirmation, for e.g: "1,2,3, I am in my desired reality, 3,2,1, I can feel my subconscious leaving my current body" (we have more affirmations in our profile).
- You can fall asleep or open your eyes if you already sit there.
