1. You’re going to start saying "1,2,3" "3,2,1" repeatedly until you start feeling symptoms.
  2. When you already feel symptoms you must keep saying it, but for each series you say am affirmation, for e.g: "1,2,3, I am in my desired reality, 3,2,1, I can feel my subconscious leaving my current body" (we have more affirmations in our profile).
  3. You can fall asleep or open your eyes if you already sit there.
