1. Lie down with headphones in and play an 8D audio loop.
  2. Lay in a comfy position- if the position you were in before wasn’t comfy, feel free to move.
  3. Start counting up from 1 for each breath.
  4. You should start to feel symptoms, if you don’t that is completely okay. Start to visualize your DR.
  5. Choose 1 affirmation, for example, “I am shifting” etc.
  6. Focus on the audio playing and sync your breaths with the audio.
  7. For every 5th number, say the affirmation you chose at the start.
  8. Whenever you feel like you have fully shifted, open your eyes and you should be in your DR.
