- Lie down with headphones in and play an 8D audio loop.
- Lay in a comfy position- if the position you were in before wasn’t comfy, feel free to move.
- Start counting up from 1 for each breath.
- You should start to feel symptoms, if you don’t that is completely okay. Start to visualize your DR.
- Choose 1 affirmation, for example, “I am shifting” etc.
- Focus on the audio playing and sync your breaths with the audio.
- For every 5th number, say the affirmation you chose at the start.
- Whenever you feel like you have fully shifted, open your eyes and you should be in your DR.
